A family drug court judge is on administrative leave suspected of driving under the influence
According to authorities Washoe County Judge Buffy Dreiling, 42, was arrested for DUI and careless driving Sunday.
Washoe District Chief Judge David Hardy says priority cases will be assigned to other judges during the investigation.
It is unknown how long the investigation may take.
Judge Dreiling has been on the bench for 6 years.
