SPARKS, NV - Sparks and Reno police worked together to capture a wanted suspect Thursday night. According to Sparks police, detectives started following a 2001 Chevy Blazer 4-door because it had paper license plates.
Detectives discovered the driver of the vehicle was 20-year-old Nicole Ford, who was wanted connected to a felony warrant. Police say when officers tried to pull her over, she took off. RPD was called in to help when the vehicle entered Reno. Officers stopped the car at the intersection of Capital Hill Ave and South Wells Ave.
Ford was arrested and charged with her warrant and probation violation as well as eluding police.
