LAS VEGAS (AP) - A Las Vegas family and marriage counselor has been indicted on charges stemming from an alleged attempt to solicit a girl for sex.

A federal grand jury on Wednesday indicted 45-year-old Ian Pincombe on one count of coercion and enticement, one count of possessing child pornography and one count of receipt or distribution of child pornography.

Pincombe is accused of sending sexually explicit emails and text messages to an undercover Henderson police detective who posed as a 13-year-old girl answering a ad.

Authorities say Pincombe was arrested May 2 at a Henderson parking lot where he arranged to meet the girl for sex.

If convicted, he could face from 10 years to life in prison.
