RENO -- Integrity Staff Solutions has been busy as the recovery slowly continues in Nevada. The newest jobs report showed the state's unemployment rate dropped to 9.3 percent in September -- down from 9.5 percent.
"We see a lot of warehouse distribution and the logistics, there's some new call centers that have come, we've been seeing a great deal of increase in our business," Donna Tillman, branch manager at Integrity said.
Although the unemployment rate dropped, the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation said 8,800 jobs were lost in September.
The jobs report was delayed because of the federal government shutdown. The October numbers are due to be released on Friday.
