USA Today Names Air Races As One of Top 10 Shows

RENO, NV - USA Today has named The National Championship Air Races in Reno as one of the top ten air shows in the World. In the running are shows from England, Germany, and Canada as well as shows from across the United States. The Reno Air Races are one of the last few aerial race events in the world.

This is the 50th show for the Reno/Stead Air Races. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, March 1, for the September races.

The annual races brings in more then 200,000 spectators per year and generates more than $80 million a year for Northern Nevada's economy.
