RENO, NV - Reno police have arrested two people accused of beating a man this week.
Early in the morning of April 9th, police responded to a local hospital on a report of a man who had been beaten at a home on Nevada Street. He had severe head injuries, including internal bleeding and a possible skull fracture. He says he was sleeping in a chair when he was struck with a liquor bottle and a wooden dowel. His girlfriend drove him to the hospital.
After an investigation, police Linal Morris and Kineisha White-Smith. They're charged with battery with a deadly weapon and burglary.
The victim is in critical condition, but is expected to recover.
