Today will be warm and breezy. Gusts will get up to about 25mph in Reno with gusts closer to 35mph in the more wind prone areas of western Nevada. Despite the wind, warm temperatures and sunny skies will make for a warm day.
The wind is bringing in cooler temperatures over night. Most of Reno will stay in the lower 40°s but the colder valleys will see temperatures in the 30°s. Widespread 30°s will be see Thursday morning, with 20°s possible in the colder spots like Washoe Valley, the North Valleys, and Carson City.
