RENO, NV - Washoe County Sheriff deputies have identified the toddler hit and killed by a family member driving an SUV on Lacy Lane in Sun Valley.
Two-year-old Giovanni Serafin was killed Tuesday evening when he walked up to the passenger side of the SUV while it was moving forward as cars were being 'rearranged' at a home on Lacy Lane.
Authorities won't identify the family member driving the SUV in order to protect the identities of the other children which reside at the property.
No alcohol or other drugs are believed to have been involved.
