RENO, NV - Winds today will gust up to 40mph here in Reno, closer to 45mph in the more wind-prone areas of western Nevada. The wind is in front of a system that moves in overnight tonight through tomorrow. The storm brings much colder air with rain on the valley floor and snow possible in the Sierra Thursday night through Saturday morning.
As fast as the temperatures drop, they will jump right back up. By Memorial day we will see highs close to 10° above normal, which puts us in the lower to mid 80°s.
