LOS ANGELES (AP) - Officials say a man charged in a deadly shooting rampage at Los Angeles International Airport is out of a hospital and in federal custody.
Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles announced Tuesday that it had released its last patient from the Nov. 1 shooting.
Suspect Paul Anthony Ciancia was the last person being treated at the hospital.
FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller says Ciancia is in federal custody and has been moved to a prison facility. No court appearance has been scheduled.
Ciancia is charged with murder and other charges in the killing of Transportation Security Administration officer Gerardo Hernandez and wounding three other people, including two other TSA officers.
The charges carry a potential death sentence.
