SPARKS, NV - Sparks police are investigating a stabbing on the 1800 block of I Street. The stabbing happened at 6:20pm.
According to police, when officers arrived on scene, they learned that a 22-year-old male Sparks resident was driving his vehicle through the neighborhood when he was confronted by a 41-year-old male resident of the neighborhood about his driving. An argument ensued and that argument left the older male with a single stab wound to the upper chest.
He was transported to Renown Medical Center for treatment of injuries which are believed to be non-life-threatening.
No arrests have been made at this time and police say there are no other suspects. The case is still under investigation.
