SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA - The South Lake Tahoe Police Department says a woman missing for several days is okay.

SLTPD says Thursday, April 3, 2014, South Lake Tahoe resident Jeffrey Miller reported his wife, Camilyn Price-Miller, was missing.

An investigation revealed the daughter of Price-Miller, who lives in Washington, had already reported her mother missing March 31, 2014 to authorities there.

Police say information gathered during the preliminary investigation has generated concern for the location and well-being of Price-Miller.

Police say when she learned she was the object of a search, she contacted police to say she was safe and wasn't aware anyone was looking for her.

They have not revealed more information about where she was.
