Slain NJ Girl's Family Silent on Facebook Exchange With Accused Murderer

CLAYTON, N.J. (AP) - The family of a slain New Jersey girl says it won't comment on the apparent Facebook exchange she had with one of the brothers accused of killing her.

Paul Spadofora, a spokesman for the family of Autumn Pasquale's (pas-KWAHL'-ee), says the family doesn't want to talk about any evidence for fear of jeopardizing the case.

A screenshot of an Oct. 17 Facebook exchange that appears to be between Autumn and Justin Robinson shows her commenting on a picture of a bike he posted, calling it "sexy." In the exchange, he invites her to his home to see it.

The 12-year-old girl disappeared Oct. 20. Her body was found two days later near the boy's home.

The 15-year-old Justin and his 17-year-old brother Dante Robinson are charged with murder.
