Suspected Shooter in Reno Love Triangle Identified

RENO, NV - Detectives have released the identity of the scorned lover suspected of shooting two people before fatally shooting herself Tuesday night. They say the violence was the result of some sort of love triangle.

The shooting happened around 9:45 p.m. on Marble Canyon Road.
According to investigators 43-year-old Kimberly Caine broke into her ex-boyfriend's home and fired as many as 5 rounds, shooting him and a woman inside.

The female victim ran to a nearby home to get help.

The victims were transported to a local hospital. No word on their conditions.

Police say Caine then turned the gun on herself. She was found dead in a vehicle at a separate location a few streets down.

The names of the victims haven't been released by detectives.
