RENO, NV - In preparation for Saturday's caucus, the Republican presidential hopefuls made their rounds throughout the Silver State this week, each making a stop in Reno.

Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum spoke to his supporters at the Atlantis Casino Thursday night, vowing to rally for America.
He says he will remain in the race even if he doesn't finish first in Nevada.

"It's a marathon not a sprint," said the former Senator. "You stay in the running as long as you have the financial resources and the enthusiasm is building."

Former Congressman Ron Paul spoke to a full house at the Grand Sierra Resort Thursday night. The candidate stressed the importance of personal liberties, fiscal responsibility and foreign policy.

"The only way we can influence the rest of the world with our values would be to say, 'let's follow our own beliefs, let's have sound money, let's promote civil liberties, let's set a good example'" Paul said. "Then maybe they'll want to emulate us in a voluntary manner."

Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney spoke at the Grove Thursday night and wasted no time distancing his views from the President's. According to Romney, this election is about setting a course for America.

"We're killing jobs," Romney said. "We're killing jobs because of bureaucrats that want to be employed by pushing paper around, as opposed to saying, 'how do we get this industry going?', 'how do we get people to work?' It's got to change, I agree with you."

The crowd at the Grove was so big that people had to be turned around in order to prevent building code violations.

The front-runner for the Republican nomination stayed in Reno overnight and spoke to a select few Friday morning at Western Nevada Supply, a venue that was chosen by the Romney campaign.

The Nevada Caucus starts at 9 a.m. Saturday morning. We will have up to the minute updates streaming all day on our web channel.

Isn't it so delightful to have a political candidate, doesn't matter which party, stopping in our area and telling us exactly what they think we want to hear? "Put up or shut up!" should be this state's motto.
