RENO, Nev. - A woman was rescued from the Truckee River in downtown Reno Wednesday morning.

The unidentified woman was taken to a hospital, possibly suffering from hypothermia, according to rescue crews on scene.

No word on how she got in the river in the first place. She was found near the Center Street Bridge.

The temperature outside at the time was in the mid 50's. The temperature in the water was most likely in the low to mid 50's as well.

Reno police say they are investigating, but they say the woman is not Colleen Spencer, who has been missing since last Friday.
