RENO, Nev. (AP) - A 42-year-old Reno man has been convicted of child rape charges.

Washoe County district court jurors took only an hour to return a guilty verdict for Ignacio Valencia on three counts of sexual assault on a child and two counts of lewdness with a child.

He'll face up to five consecutive life terms at his April 13 sentencing before Judge Patrick Flanagan.

Prosecutor Rebecca Druckman said the abuse occurred for about a month in late 2009. He was arrested after the girl came forward to police.

Valenica accused the girl of fabricating the crimes. But Druckman said forensic evidence linked him to the assaults.

Castration first comes to mind. Wish that was legal also wish they could invent a pill to make all these pediphiles impotent with no desire for anyone. Let it be known if one is convicted they must take the pill. I bet this would put a stop to at least 75%. Come on scientist get busy.

So oh yea we get to pay for 3 hots and a cot for short eyes not to mention cable tv game room and all the while we that stay up nights trying to insure our babys are safe warm and have full bellies barely make ends meet,somthing wrong w/ this pic
