RENO - Reno police say the search is over for a missing 13-year-old girl from the Kings Row area.
Isabella Rossi was found safe late Thursday night, and is back home with her family.
She went missing around six o'clock p.m.. She took out the garbage, but didn't return to her Buckingham Square home.
Rossi has a diminished mental capacity, and because of the weather conditions outside, police were especially concerned about her welfare.
