SPARKS, NV - Sparks police have heard from the people they were looking for while investigating reports of a woman being abducted from a grocery store parking lot.

Officers were called to the Scolari's on Disc Drive just before 4:00 p.m. Monday. Witnesses say they saw a large black male forcing a white female into a dark Lexus sedan bearing Nevada license plates 168 VXZ. The vehicle is registered to Leroy Leron Coleman. Multiple witnesses reported the male then drove the vehicle northbound on Vista Boulevard and a child could be observed in the rear seat of the vehicle as it left.

After local media reports of police asking for help in the search for the Lexus, Coleman and his associate, Tamika Solis, a.k.a. Chantel Holley, Coleman and Solis contacted Sparks police. Both say they were involved in the incident at Scolari's and have agreed to speak with officers regarding what happened. Both state they are fine.

Police continue to investigate.
