Six people were arrested after a undercover prostitution sting yesterday in downtown Reno.
Detectives with the Regional Street Enforcement Team conducted the sting after receiving several complaints from downtown businesses.
According to Police, 39-year-old Veronica Gonzalez, of Reno, was arrested on Misdemeanor charges of Solicitation for Prostitution along with 23-year-old Shawne Millage of Sacramento, 21-year-old Timiya Burnett of Sacramento and 22-year-old Chrystine Johnson of Fory Wayne, Indiana.
19-year-old Damaya Andrews of Oakland and 27-year-old Jennifer Siegfreed from Las Vegas were issued Misdemeanor citations for Solicitation of Prostitution.
The Regional SET is comprised of Detectives from RPD, SPD and UNRPD.
