RENO, NV - Reno police have arrested a man they think robbed, or tried to rob, employees at three pizza places this month.
The first was Monday, April 16th. That night, police say Daniel Morse called an order to Domino's Pizza, then met with the delivery driver on Gentry Way. They say Morse apologized to the driver, saying he needed to take care of his family, then pulled a black handgun and robbed the driver of $150 in cash, credit card slips and the pizza.
They believe he also robbed a clerk at the Pizza Hut on South Virginia street four days later, and the next day, tried to rob the clerk at Papa Murphy's on Moana Lane, but left when the clerk wouldn't give him any money.
Police used information from the victims to identify a suspect, then tracked Morse, questioned him and arrested him on two counts of armed robbery, one count of attempted armed robbery, and three unrelated misdemeanor warrants.
