RENO. NV - Reno police have arrested the man they believe fired a gun at a car Saturday afternoon.

Police say shortly after noon, two vehicles were at the Damonte Ranch Parkway dead end, near the intersection with Steamboat Parkway. There was an altercation between the drivers, and the victim made a u-turn to leave the area. Police say that's when 38-year-old Jason Garlington pulled a pistol and fired at the other. No one was hit, but the victim's car sustained minor damage. Police are classifying this as road rage.

Garlington was arrested later Saturday afternoon after police released to the public a description of his vehicle.
