RENO, Nev. -- Reno Police Department (RPD) officials say they found the 69-year-old, at-risk woman who went missing from northwest Reno Friday afternoon.

Police say Hilaria Segura, who has Alzheimer's, was shopping with her son at the Home Depot on Summit Ridge Court at about noon on Friday. The son lost track of her, and the store's security video showed she walked out of the store then westward from the parking lot.

Search and Rescue crews, a Swift Water Rescue team, RPD, Washoe County Sheriff's Office personnel, and Raven all participated in the search. The search area spread from McCarran Blvd. west to Robb Dr. and included areas on both sides of Interstate 80.

At about dusk, police received reports of a disoriented woman who was found along Plumas Street. They later identified her as Segura.

Another woman, 63-year-old Sherilyn Renstrom, is also missing from the Reno area. Renstrom is 5'5', 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
