Police Look for Three After Home Invasion

SPARKS, NV - Sparks police are looking for three people involved in a home invasion early Wednesday morning.

Police say about 1AM, a man sleeping with his wife in his apartment bedroom at the Park Vista Apartments on Sparks Boulevard was awakened by a loud noise. His two children were sleeping in the living room. When he left the bedroom to investigate, he found someone dressed in black and a mask holding a gun. He says he was hit, then heard a gunshot.

The resident says a laptop computer was then stolen, and another person in the complex saw three people running away. The front door to the apartment had been forced open and the resident has minor scratches on one arm. There is evidence of run round having been fired from a firearm.

Based on the resident and witness accounts, police are looking for a man who may be Asian, 20 to 25 years old, 5'8", 170 pounds with a firearm. The other two are a man who is about 5'6" and 160 pounds and one who is about 5'10". All were wearing all black, including ski masks that hid their faces and gloves.
