Plans for Casino at the Sparks Marina Moves Forward

SPARKS, NV – The Sparks City Council approved a special use permit to build a hotel/casino at the Sparks Marina. The Legends Bay Resort was approved after Councilman Ed Lawson withdrew his appeal on the proposed project.

Olympia Gaming plans on building a 201 room resort/hotel casino. Plans for the resort have been ongoing for years and the original plan asked for an 800 room tower. No date has been set for a groundbreaking.
