Person of Interest in Killing Found, Ruled Out as Suspect

RENO, NV - A person of interest in the shooting death of a Reno 16-year-old has been found by Reno police and ruled out as a suspect.

Detectives had been looking for Lucas Bragg, but they now say they have spoken to him and believe he was not involved in the killing of Cesar Ortiz the afternoon of Friday, February 8.

18-year-old Miguel Gonzalez and 26-year-old Gustavo Alvizar have been charged with open murder in connection with the shooting near Locust and Capitol Hill in Reno. Another victim who was shot was treated and released.
