RENO, Nev. -- Lyon County Sheriff's officials are investigating a fatal roll-over crash on Ft. Churchill Road.

It happened Friday just after 11pm about five miles east of Dayton. When Sheriff's Deputies got to the scene, they saw a Jeep Wrangler with six people inside had rolled.

The driver was partially ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. He was later identified as George Lawrence Ambrose, a 21-year-old man from Dayton. Careflight crews took two other people to a hospital in Reno. The other three people were treated at the scene and released.

Early investigation results show no one in the car was wearing a seat belt and alcohol may be a factor in the crash. The accident is still under investigation. If you have any more information, please call the Dayton Substation of the Lyon County Sheriff's Office at (775) 246-6200 or the Lyon County Dispatch at (775) 577-5023.
