Sparks police say luckily, no one was badly hurt, after an R.T.C. bus collided with a pickup truck in Sparks Tuesday.
That crash happened around 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of 6th and D Street. Police tell KOLO 8 News now, it looks like the driver of the truck ran a stop sign while heading westbound on D Street, and the bus collided with the truck. The truck was knocked onto the driver's side.
Three people were inside the truck and two of them were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Four people were on the bus, but no one was hurt.
The pickup driver was cited for running the stop sign.
