RENO, Nev. - Wolf Pack point guard Deonte Burton will make his decision in April on whether he will enter the NBA Draft or return to Nevada for his senior season.
Burton announced his plans via Twitter, writing that he'll reveal his plans on either April 7th or 10th. He added that the decision is a "tough one."
Burton averaged 16.3 points, 3.6 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game this season as a junior. He was named to the All-Mountain West Conference third team. He was the WAC Player of the Year in 2012.
Burton is not listed among ESPN's Top 100 Prospects for the 2013 NBA Draft. NBAdraft.net ranks him 76th, while DraftExpress.com rates him as the 82nd best overall prospect.
