Wolf Pack tight end Kolby Arendse will miss the remainder of the season with an undisclosed foot injury.
Arendse suffered the injury during Nevada's loss to San Diego State last Friday. He is due to undergo surgery on his right foot sometime next week.
This likely ends his college career.
Arendse, a senior, was a weapon for the Wolf Pack this season, catching 16 passes for 183 yards and two touchdowns. He totaled 55 receptions for 719 yards and four TDs during his Nevada career.
Head Coach Brian Polian said that the University will petition the NCAA for a medical hardship in hopes to get Arendse another year of eligibility. That is not expected to be granted.
