Nevada Falls in Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, California - The Wolf Pack suffered its first road loss of the season on Monday night, falling to Cal State Bakersfield 74-66.

Deonte Burton scored a game-high 24 points for Nevada, while Cole Huff added 12 points and four rebounds.

The Roadrunners were led by Issiah Grayson, who led four players in double figures with 15 points.

The Wolf Pack were called for 32 fouls, which led to 40 CSU Bakersfield free throws. Jerry Evans Jr., Ali Fall and Marqueze Coleman where whistled for five fouls each; all of them fouling out.

Nevada (2-2) will return home to face Chattanooga (2-1) on Friday night. Tip-off is set for 7:05pm.
