Nevada DMV Problem Fixed

9:00am UPDATE: DMV tells us computers are back up and running!

The Nevada DMV is experiencing technical problems Friday morning and all services are being delayed during the repair.

David Fierro with the DMV tells KOLO 8 News Now this problem is a repeat of a problem that happened last weekend.

Fierro says an A/C unit in the server room went out and that caused humidity to build up and shut down the servers.

The servers are being reset and could be up and running in the next few hours.

In the meantime, all services online and in person at statewide DMV locations are on hold. No transactions can be processed, including at standalone kiosks.
