Movie lovers won’t have access to movies from three major studios like MGM, Warner Bros. and Universal via Netflix. Mashable is reporting there are 1,794 fewer titles to download as of Wednesday, May 01, 2013.
The issue stems from licensing, according to the website. Those nearly two thousand titles will only be available through the Warner Archive Instant service, another online streaming movie database which requires a monthly subscription.
The list of movies removed from the instant download service is said to contain movies not widely known or popular.
