Mortgage rates are falling.
According to Freddie Mac's weekly survey, the 30-year fixed-rate has an average of 4.28 percent.
That's down from 4.37 percent last week.
The 15-year fixed-rate was at 3.32 percent, down from 3.39 last week.
In general, mortgage rates have stayed affordable all year.
