RENO, Nev. - Reno police say a pedestrian has died after being hit by a vehicle at an intersection.
Police say the woman was hit at South McCarran Boulevard and Plumas Street about 8:30PM Sunday.
Paramedics say she didn't respond to treatment at the scene, and she was taken to a hospital, where she died. Her name hasn't been released.
Police say the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with them. They say alcohol may have been a factor.
