Man Pulled Out of His Car and Robbed at Gunpoint in Sparks

Sparks police are on the hunt for two suspects wanted for pulling a man out of his car at gunpoint before fleeing in the stolen car.

According to SPD it happened around 5:38 a.m., Sunday. Police received a 911 call reporting an armed robbery in the area of Express and Sabatino Dr.

The victim, a 21 year old Sparks resident, was pulled out of his car by two males, one was pointing a hand gun at the victim. The men were last seen in a Silver or Gold older model Cadillac.

The suspects are described as being two Tongan males both wearing gray or white sweaters.

The first suspect was described as being 17-18 years of age and the second suspect was described as being 18-19 years of age.

The vehicle that was taken, a silver Suzuki 4 door, was later recovered unoccupied.

The victim suffered no injuries from the incident.

The Sparks Police Department is asking anyone with knowledge of this incident to contact Detectives at 353-2225 or Secret Witness.

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects.
