SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (AP) - A 22-year-old man has been charged with vehicular manslaughter in a crash that killed a passenger in South Lake Tahoe last month.
Prosecutors on Thursday also charged 22-year-old Roberto Olazaba with driving under the influence in the Dec. 15 crash that killed 26-year-old William Olazaba.

Police say the victim was a passenger in a car that struck a sport-utility vehicle at a busy intersection.
The Tahoe Daily Tribune reports Roberto Olazaba has been in the El Dorado County Jail in South Lake Tahoe since then because of a probation violation stemming from the accident.
Olazaba's attorney, William Cole, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The driver of the SUV was treated and released at a hospital. Roberto Olazaba was admitted to the hospital for observation.
