Man Bound and Robbed Inside Sparks Warehouse; See Surveillance Photo

SPARKS, NV - Sparks police are looking for a man who tied up a man in a warehouse, then stole his cellphone and car.

Police responded about 5:30PM Thursday, August 28, 2014 to a report of an armed robbery in the 1800 block of Brierley Way. Officers found the victim bound inside the warehouse there. The victim says the robber had entered the warehouse and used a handgun to hold the victim at gunpoint. The robber took the victim's vehicle and cell phone, both recovered later in Reno.

The victim says the robber is a white man 25-30 years old, about 6'1" and thin, wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants with black shoes. He may wear prescription glasses, and he had wrapped his face in a roll of gauze.

Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call the Sparks Police Department at (775) 353-2231 or Secret Witness at (775) 322-4900. Secret Witness is offering a $1500 reward for information leading to an arrest and prosecution.
