YERINGTON, NV - A Yerington man surrendered at the Lyon County jail Friday, accused of lewdness with a child under the age of 14.
An arrest warrant had been issued for 47-year-old Herbert Hall on one felony count.
The investigation is being conducted by the Nevada Department of Public Safety Investigation Division, after the alleged victim reported an incident to her friends, who encouraged her to report the incident to her parents.
Bail is set at $100,000.00.
