RENO, Nev. -- Sunday night the Nevada Department of Transportation and Granite Construction will switch the location of Interstate 80 eastbound ramps in the downtown Reno area.

The Keystone Avenue on-ramp, Virginia Street off-ramp, and the ramps connecting I-80 and U.S. 395 will be moved to the new concrete pavement.

This is the latest phase of the $72-million I-80 Design Build project. The Build team is urging drivers to slow down and pay attention in those areas.

There will be new lane configurations and merging traffic. There is relief in sight for drivers, though. The project should be completed by this fall.
