FALLON, NV - Churchill County sheriff's deputies still have not identified remains found August 18, 2013 on a remote hillside north of the Jessup Exit. They have worked up sketches of what the woman may have looked like.

Preliminary anthropological and dental reports reveal the remains are those of a Caucasian female, maybe of European ancestry, between 25 and 45 years old. The woman may have been between 5' and 5'6". The recovered teeth and mandible reveal there had been fairly extensive corrective dental work performed on a number of the molars. Partially-healed facial injuries to include recent surgery and rib fractures indicate she suffered severe trauma to the right side of the body weeks before she died. The investigation into the identity of the missing person is ongoing and DNA is in progress.

If you have any information that would assist in identifying who this woman was, please contact the Churchill County Sheriff's Office or call Secret Witness at 322-4900.
