High School Running Back Commits to Nevada

Citrus Valley High School running back Brett Kokesh has committed to play at Nevada next season.

Kokesh confirmed his decision on his Twitter page, writing "Next year I will be playing football at THE University of Nevada.Can't wait. #Tier1 #WolfPack."

The 5-foot-8, 180 pound Kokesh ran for 1,065 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior last season, averaging 7.3 yards per carry. He gained 804 yards and scored 12 TD's as a junior.

Kokesh was a member of the U.S. Under-18 National Team last year, playing in the International Bowl against Football Canada. He also played in the California Classic All-Star football game last season.
