RENO, NV - The latest restaurant set to open in downtown Reno is ready to hire. And everyone who shows up is promised a "face-to-face" meeting. Those who meet qualifications will be interviewed on the spot.
Hundreds have been lining up for the Hash House A Go-Go job fair. The restaurant, which serves comfort food with a twist, is set to have a grand opening inside Harrah's on April 28. The restaurant is hiring about 120 people for full-time work.
"I'd like to just start working again period. It's just pretty rough out there. Got to pay the bills," says Tony Rosales, who showed up to apply for a job.
"I'd like to be a busboy and work my way up to a server after I get to know the company a little better," says Carmen Cesario, a job seeker.
The job fair runs through Monday.
Hash House A Go-Go job fair hours:
Friday: 12pm - 8pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 9am - 6pm
Monday: 12pm - 8pm
