LAS VEGAS, Nev. – A Las Vegas is facing a a somber day this Halloween. It's the year anniversary of her child being hit and killed by a drunk driver.

Rocquelle Love lost her 12 year old daughter Faith, while the young girl was trick or treating last year.

While Love wants to help keep trick-or-treaters safe this year, she's still dealing with the demons of last year.

“Just being forced to accept that she was taken suddenly and violently-really? There really are no words, because when you guys pack up and go home, it is my reality every minute of every day. I'm still trying to deal with buying her dress that she wore in her casket. I'm dealing with watching them put her in the ground."

Justin Caramanica was arrested for the deadly DUI accident. He admitted to police he took pills and drank wine before the accident. He was also recently arrested for a second DUI after hitting a parked car while on prescription drugs.
