Reno, Nev. -- Fire investigators and the coroner are trying to find out what started a fire in a trailer where a man was found dead.
It happened in a mobile home park at 3002 Wrondel Way in Reno Sunday morning at about 7am. Fire officials say a neighbor noticed smoke coming from the trailer.
Reno Fire crews responded and got the fire out before the trailer was destroyed, but they found the body of a man inside. Fire crews sealed the trailer for the coroner's investigation, but later in the morning, smoke started up again, so crews were called back out. Our KOLO 8 News Now crew on-scene said the trailer was full of boxes and looked as if it was used for hoarding.
It is early on in both the fire and the coroner's investigations, so little is known about the causes of either the fire or the death. We will bring you more information as it becomes available.
