FALLON, NV - Early Saturday morning Fallon Police were called to 98 Ferguson Street on a report of domestic violence.
When officers arrived they could smell an odor of marijuana. They were able to obtain a search warrant and while serving the warrant police discovered equipment used to make Psilocybin, also known as “magic mushroom”.
The drug has an effect on the body similar to LSD
and can cause euphoria, visual and mental hallucinations, changes in perception, spiritual experiences, and can include possible adverse reactions such as nausea and panic attacks.
25-year-old Tyler Perazzo of Fallon was arrested on charges of Domestic Battery, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Trafficking a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bail is set at just over $110,000.
