Evenflo Recalls 1.3 Million Seat Buckles

 According to Evenflo's website, if your seat's name and/or model number prefix it listed below, but your seat's date of manufacture does not fall within the date ranges listed below, then your seat is not affected by this recall:

RENO, NV - Attention, parents who own an Evenflo child safety seat: Evenflo is recalling more than 1.3 million seat buckles.

The company is recalling the seat buckles due to the risk of parents not being able to quickly remove their child from the safety seat during an emergency.

The recall includes buckles used in a number of convertible and booster seat models manufactured between 2011 and 2014.

Evenflo will alert registered owners and will provide replacement buckles.
