Driver Hurt in Douglas County Wreck Identified; Stable Condition

MINDEN, NV - Gardnerville woman injured in Friday's accident near Minden is in stable condition.

The Nevada Highway Patrol reports shortly after 8 a.m., Friday, 23-year-old Samantha McDougal was driving her Chevrolet on Airport Road moving toward 395, and didn't yield to 395 traffic while turning onto the highway. She was hit by a Toyota headed north on 395.

She is listed in stable condition at Renown.

The driver of the Toyota was taken into care as a precautionary measure. No serious injuries reported.
