Douglas County Investigating Bones Found on Tribal Land
A quad rider finds what he believes to be skeletal remains in the northeast Douglas County area.

A quad rider finds bones in the northeast Douglas County area.
According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office a call was received Wednesday from a quad rider in the back country about the possible discovery of what the caller believed to be skeletal remains.
Deputies responded to the area, and found bones of unknown type or origin. The area is Bureau of Indian Affairs land. BIA agents and DCSO investigators are conducting a joint investigation.
No additional information is available at this time.
