A Fernley gas station employee conspired with his wife to hold him at gunpoint so they could make off with nearly $9000.

According to Lyon County Fernley deputies, 31-year-old Justin Raber and his wife, 29-year-old Josephine Raber were taken into custody early Thursday morning for holding up the Pilot Travel Center casino.

Deputies learned that Justin being, an employee of the Pilot, conspired with his wife to hold him at gunpoint with a toy gun Aug. 3. After Josephine fled with $8981, her husband provided false information to deputies to conceal his wife's identity.

Both Rabers are being held in the Lyon County Jail with a bail set at $200,000.
